There are 3 sizes: 11", 13.5", 15.5", the shafts are 3/4" and the dishes are 25 degree. There is a black plastic cap in the center of the steering wheel. The wheels are packed in plastic bag and outside carton. Each carton are packed with 5 pieces. The carton can be customed and add logo outside.
